Mabuhay fellow citizens! I'm popularly known as Ben by my relatives and my family and Mr. President, Chua, Chiz and Kevin by my friends. I turned 17 years old last July 7, 2007. That's 7-7-7 guys! It was a big celebration because it was a triple 7 and it was just once in a lifetime! I am now spending my college life in Cebu Institute of Technology. I am taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (though actually, it's not my top choice course because I really wanted to take up Political Science then Law) as what I have chosen in the DOST Scholarship Program. Yep, I'm a government scholar but they have no right to curtail my principles. I admit that I'm am critical with the Arroyo government!

- Music: Mostly OPM and BisRock! Also, I like the oldies and hits of the late Yoyoy Villame, Max Surban and Willie Revillame
- Foods: I like chicken and pork (mostly fried but less from the past amount of intake because I'm now experiencing the effects of cholesterol! Ehehehe!) and a few raw vegetables

Kevin Ray Napalit Chua, or Ben, as he is commonly known, was born on July 7, 1990 in Sacred Heart Hospital in Urgello Street, Cebu City. He was born at 10:55 P.M. and was attended by Dr. Elena Tan. When he was born, he weighed 8.6 lbs. and 6 oz. He was born to Ronilo Nacorda Chua from Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City and Elsa Tablate Napalit from San Isidro, Biliran, Biliran.
The eldest of the three children of Ronilo and Elsa Chua, Kevin Ray is the politician of the family. The second, Khrisna Marie, is pursuing to be a successful nurse while the youngest, Ervin John, is pursuing to be a successful policeman.
His father (son of Placida Nacorda and Vicente Chua) and his mother (daughter of Anatalia Tablate and Alfredo Napalit), after their marriage in Biliran returned to Cebu and lived in 14 Tres Borces St., Mabolo, Cebu City to start their new family. After his birth, they transferred to his grandmother's residence in Macopa St., Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City where his siblings Khrisna Marie and Ervin John also lived.
Ben's education from kindergarten to high school was sustained by Angela and Dr. Edgardo San Juan, his aunt and uncle respectively. Ben went to Lourdes Kindergarten School for his primary education. He immediately enrolled in Kinder 2 and the next year, in Preparatory class. He then went to Punta Princesa Elementary School for his elementary education. After graduating from elementary, he then proceeded to Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School for his secondary education, graduating from high school in 2007. Though he graduated without honors, he still managed to be a successful student in extra-curricular activities.
During his high school years, he had numerous awards and achievements that made him one of the most well-known student in the school, namely:
