Arbet W. Bernardo has been blogging since 2003, starting at free online journals. Currently, he maintains three blogs under the AWBHoldings.com blog network, and contributes to The Geeky Guide to Nearly Everything.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, major in Computer Science. He taught for three years, teaching a myriad of subjects like accounting, computer programming, and technical writing. Afterwards, he went corporate and worked as a technical writer, first for an Internet security software and service provider, then for a VoIP service deployment platform provider.
He enjoys mashing PS2 controllers if he is not busy reading books and blogs or watching Music Station on Animax. His favorite PS2 games include the Musou series and Final Fantasy X.
[edit] Blogging History
Arbet started blogging in May 2003, at Blurty (here), a LiveJournal look-alike where you can only set 10 friends. (Actually, it was not the first one. He had an EasyJournal before that, The Vampire Count's Pathetic Diaries.) Luckily, a friend invited him to join LiveJournal - back then, you can only join upon invitation by a member.
In August 2005, Arbet had decided to launch AWBHoldings.com. Initially, it hosted one blog, where a hodge-podge of posts were made, ranging from politics to technology. Now, it hosts three blogs, listed below.
